What was originally planned as a one-year sabbatical turned into a long-term stay of almost 25 years. The diversity of Mallorca such as sea and mountains, urban culture and rural life, Mallorcan tradition and international guests means that this place never gets boring. So I´m still here.

Since the year 2000 I have found my home in the southeast of Mallorca, in Colonia Sant Jordi. I know this area like the back of my hand, speak fluent Spanish and, after 15 years of experience in the real estate business, I am the perfect contact person to help you find a home in Mallorca. Whether before, during or after the purchase of your property, I will always be at your side with my service.

Joint search for a property. Due to my stay in Colonia Sant Jordi, any objects can be pre-sorted as quickly as possible.

Broker-independent search. I am your only contact person, that means, no language problems, easy and quick organization of appointments

Assistance in applying for the NIE number (numero de identidad de extranjeros/ Spanish tax number); Prerequisite for buying a property in Spain 

DURING

Verification of the necessary documents

Contacts with lawyers and tax consultants

Accompaniment at the notary appointment

AFTER, Immediately after the sale

re-registration of electricity and water,

re-registration of the contact details for the administration

proposal of an insurance policy

Help with any remodeling or renovation work

LONG TERM

Assistance with problem solving, e.g. simple repairs, insurance claims

Regular control of the apartment
